Open Your Third Eye

One night. One practice. One opening.

The third eye known as the Ajna chakra is the seat of your soul.  It is the home of the higher self or your conscious.  This is a place where there is no time, no space, and no limitations.  The purpose of yoga is to create a relationship between your mind and your conscious.  Harmony in this relationship allows for the fluctuations in the mind to still so that you can see all.

What if you could spend just one evening opening that center?  What would you then have access to?

Utilize the energy of the Adi Shakti during this immersion into the energy of Kundalini, meditation, yoga, and more.  Open your third eye.  Leave with practices to enhance, enliven, and re-energize your connectivity.

Participants should wear lose comfortable clothing and bring a scarf to cover their head.  If you do not have a yoga mat, we do.  Please bring a notebook. email questions to

The workshop will integrate lecture, yoga, pranayama, Kundalini, and some other esoteric practices to open the third eye center.  It’s going to be a pretty deep experience and will include moving as a group through a 62 minute meditation.  When the workshop is complete, your third eye will be open.

Opening the third eye or the ajna chakra allows you to directly see spirit.  The boundaries of time and space fall away.  Intuition kicks in and the thinking and planning mind can take a break as you simply flow in all that is.  It cultivates effortless ease.  Drama diminishes and worries dissipate as the knowingness of your life purpose or dharma reveals itself.

Sounds pretty good?

And don’t worry.  Once it’s open it’s open.  I’ll send you home with a practice to do when you think you need a little tune up.  Read More>>>
