(Forbes) U.S. Cities With The Smallest Gender Paygaps

We crunched the numbers, looking at the mean annual earnings of full-time workers in the nation’s biggest cities to find the cities where women (at least come close) to earning as much as men. We have to say: we were surprised not to see Washington, D.C. in the top ten cities in the U.S. where the gender wage gap is closing, but as it turns out, cities where tourism brings in the most money seem to be (more) equal opportunity employers.
